Privacy Policy

Last updated November 2026

Elevate Eleven Private Training Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information You Provide

The website intake questionnaire is in preview. Real personal and health submissions are disabled until the owner approves the process and security testing passes. Do not enter real information during preview. Appointments are arranged manually through Instagram; the questionnaire does not make a booking. Existing client and booking records remain protected.

Intake and Sensitive Health Information

When approved and activated, the intake is intended to collect your name, age, contact details, training goals, exercise experience and availability. Separate, explicit consent will cover relevant health conditions, injuries, pain or movement restrictions, procedures, medications and advice to limit activity. This information is intended only for private trainer screening, responding to your inquiry and planning appropriate training. Share only relevant information; avoid unrelated medical records. A health concern requires trainer review before acceptance, not automatic rejection or medical clearance.

Consent and Access

Health consent is separate from accuracy, exercise-risk and medical-advice acknowledgements. No acknowledgement is a professionally reviewed liability waiver. You may request access, correction or withdrawal of consent through the Contact page. Withdrawal may limit the studio’s ability to assess or provide training, and records may still need to be retained where required by law. The owner must confirm the accountable privacy contact and a secure response process before intake is activated; do not send health details over Instagram.

Private Owner Dashboard

Inquiries, health responses, application statuses and trainer notes are restricted to authenticated accounts with a controlled owner role. Health details are not included in notification emails. No owner notification email is currently active. Website visitors cannot access private inquiries or notes.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How Information Is Used

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage sessions, personalize your training, and keep the website secure and working properly. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies and local storage to support authorized access to existing studio records. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the website is used in aggregate.

Third-Party Services

We rely on providers for hosting, authenticated access and private data and photo storage. Information may be processed outside British Columbia or Canada; the owner must confirm the providers, locations and contractual safeguards before activating health collection. We do not promise Canada-only storage.

Instagram and External Links

Our booking buttons link to Instagram (@elevateelevenfitness). When you leave this website, the privacy practices of that platform apply. We encourage you to review Instagram's privacy policy.

Data Retention

We keep information only while needed for the stated purpose or a legal requirement. Under BC PIPA, personal information used to make a decision directly affecting an individual must be retained for at least one year after use so the individual has a reasonable opportunity to obtain access. The dashboard records acceptance/decline dates, supports retention-review dates and blocks early deletion of these decision records. After required retention and any legal hold, the owner can permanently delete the inquiry. Further retention periods, request handling and provider backup-deletion arrangements require owner confirmation before collection opens.

Client Photographs

Uploaded photos and stories remain private drafts. Public display requires the owner to record explicit client permission for website use of photos, an approved display name, story and testimonial, then separately preview and approve the content. We do not invent results, identities or testimonials, or alter clients’ bodies. Photo metadata is removed by the upload form; approved images are served through temporary access links. Withdrawing permission allows the owner to remove a story and its files; previously issued links may remain valid briefly. Unapproved existing transformation photos are not displayed.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Privacy Rights

Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
